Rene Madden is a certified Professional Coach and seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in asset management, specializing in guiding individuals and teams toward achieving their full potential. Currently serving as an Executive Director at a major asset management firm, Rene is passionate about empowering individuals and leaders to grow in their careers.

With expertise in leveraging tools like StrengthsFinder and DiSC, Rene helps clients unlock their unique strengths and align their professional journeys with their passions. She also incorporates the Tiny Habits methodology by BJ Fogg to support clients in setting and achieving goals that stick, driving meaningful and sustainable change.

Rene earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia, PA, and completed the Executive Presence and Influence: Persuasive Leadership Development Program at Wharton in May 2023. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting at New York University, further enhancing her ability to transform careers and organizations.
