It’s been over a month since we all were told that COVID 19 had hit the US and we needed to wash our hands more than ever and stay home if we were sick. I started working from home on March 10 because I was terrified of getting my husband infected.

As I am living and working through the COVID 19 crisis, I have watched how leaders have behaved through this time. One person in particular who has really impressed me is the New York Governor Andrew Cuomo. If you haven’t paid attention to Governor Cuomo, you should listen in on one of his daily briefings.

It’s been over a week now that most of us have been home social distancing. For me, it meant working from home and having my children come home from college.

As I’m writing this, I’m feeling fear and panic. It’s a very scary time and one we have never experienced before. I’m worried about my family, friends, and the world. That is a lot of worries to take on for anyone.

I’m sure we are all thinking about this as we hear all the stories on the Coronavirus. It is a scary time and we are all a little bit nervous about the future.

Change is happening in every industry right now. Digitization has become a big priority for organizations to become more efficient. Organizations need to be more agile and grow as quickly or faster than competitors.
